ABOUT THE TRAINER

 

Wong Weng Fook has an honours degree in Economics from University of Malaya, Malaysia (UM) as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration, MBA (Finance), from International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM).

 

Wong has also completed a 3-module (140 hours) NLP Practitioners Certification Program and was certified by The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA), U.K. as a Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

 

Currently he is a Professional Member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), Member of Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM), Institute of Bankers Malaysia and Malaysian Super Speakers Association (MSSA). 

 

Wong has 27 years of practical industry and training exposure. He is strong in relating learning acquired and applying them in actual work place environment.

 

As a Consultant Trainer, Wong specializes in Corporate Learning Technology, Effective Teambuilding, Sales & Service, Managerial & Supervisory Skills, Leadership and other performance-related soft skills programs.

 

He has facilitated programs for MNCs & SMIs in the manufacturing & service industries, Banks & Financial Institutions, Government Agencies, Social Institutions, Colleges and Schools.

 

Wong has also been exposed internationally as a Vice President / Team Leader of China Global Learning Technology Ltd., Beijing, China. His primary responsibilities in China were to provide consultancy advisory services & facilitate sessions on corporate learning, which includes learning needs diagnosis, job competencies profiling, design of learning roadmaps, training plans, and learning impact measurement.
