HIGH PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, KRA & KPI

-  A 2-Day Program -

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND

Implementing and correctly cascading of organization strategies is an invaluable tool that can qualitatively and quantitatively determine the direction of any company. SIX CORPORATE VALUES: PERFORMANCE FOCUS, INTEGRITY, COMPETENCY, TEAMWORK, REWARD AND RECOGNITION are integral. Working professionals serving in the organization actively need to understand not only to see but how they can best perform and meet the business needs as a corporate entity. What would it mean if all the people in the organization knew how their job performance will affect corporate strategies? If they knew how their daily tasks and activities, will impact and affect their colleagues and managers performance? What If they view their jobs not as a collection of unrelated tasks but as a sequence of activities forming the value-chain that contributes to the overall organization performance. The Key Result Areas (KRAs) framework is an effective way of creating this knowledge and understanding for all jobholders.  Once that is achieved, each individual can begin to see the macro-view on the importance of their contribution and how meaningful it is to the overall corporate performance measurement and targets. Developing objectives and meaningful KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) is the key.

These two (2) days workshop will help participants to be aware, identify and develop performance measures for tracking individual performance so that organizational and business goals can be attained. This Program will help participants to gain an insight on how their job performance affects corporate strategy and its contribution towards the value-chain directly or indirectly towards organizational goals and targets by assisting them.
