FOREWORD:

The modern days students are faced with numerous challenges; from parents'' and teachers'' expectations on achievements to stiff competitions from fellow peers.  Adding on are the extra-curricular activities, tuition classes, peer pressures etc. etc. Globalization poses exposures that can be detrimental to our children and their future. If not properly counsel, coach and guided they can easily be mislead thus a potential threat to our nation''s growth as today''s children are our tomorrow''s leaders.  Family values, caring society, respect the elders are cultures that had made us Malaysians unique but these cultures now are depleting and becoming vulnerable and with a few winks we may loose it.  Unless our youngsters are groom and made aware of the values of these cultures and practice them, the future of our children and this nation can be chaotic and wild.  Negative influences and ascendancies are everywhere surrounding us and the only way to differentiate the good from the bad is by instilling knowledge, awareness and understanding to our youngsters to enable them to recognize and ''fight'' the bad elements and free them from negative influences. 

This program is designed to help participants to establish a positive attitude towards life and understanding the importance of education to pave greater opportunities for success and create awareness for self realization and appreciation for growth. This program is not just about creating awareness on the Importance of academic achievement, but also about imparting tips on living skills and all good values.

ABOUT THE TRAINER

Sophia Chua MBA

Sophia is a certified para-counsellor. Sophia is well versed and very passionate about youth development and enrichment. Her background covers: business management and public relations and twenty years of corporate experience. She has been involved in various NGOs for the last 15 years focusing on community services and mainly on youth development and students motivation. She has been in the training avenue for 8 years and her flairs in counseling and personal development programs together with her charismatic approach will be an asset to the participants of this program. She was the President of Miri-Soroptimist International. Currently she is a director of Dej Tec Sdn Bhd involved in manpower supply and training etc.

ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS:

Payment: A 50% deposit payment of the professional fee as agreed is to be made out to ''COMBATIVE RESOURCES'' via crossed check upon confirmation of the date as required. (Confirmation of the date as required is strictly subject to receipt of the deposit).The remaining part of the fee is to be paid in full on the date of completion of the seminar.

Cancellations: Pls. inform us early in writing (via e-mail or fax) if you intend to cancel. A 30% administration charge will be retained upon cancellation. Refund of the remaining 20% will be remitted within ten (10) working days. Should rearrangement of same be made it will be treated as a new contract.
